UNA Health, a leading provider of nurse competency and annual exams, was challenged by a cumbersome evaluation process. Originally requiring administrators to review over 25 pages of documentation, this system was inefficient and hindered timely assessments of nurse qualifications and identification of knowledge gaps.

To address this, we undertook a complete UI redesign of UNA Health's testing platform. By condensing the detailed documentation into a single, streamlined dashboard, we revolutionized how competencies are reviewed and compared.

The new design employs a clear visual language and intuitive navigation that allow quick, at-a-glance assessments of nurse performance, comparative analytics, and targeted areas for improvement.

This significant reduction in report complexity not only expedites the evaluation process but also enhances decision-making efficiency for healthcare administrators, facilitating quicker and more effective nurse training and placement.
